Quality control starts with material preparation and testing and continues through moulding, finishing operations and final inspection of the finished components.

Laboratory and Measurement Capabilities

Depending on the product and application, inspection may include hardness testing, dimensional measurement, verification of rubber compound properties and other relevant tests.

Traceability and Repeatability

Production is organised to support consistency between batches, material traceability and control of key manufacturing parameters.
